There are 3 membership levels on Playwho.com; PLAYER – PRO – VIP

Each membership has it's own advantages, however if you can manage to become a VIP member by inviting at least 50 friends to join Playwho.com, that means you are awesome! - and we give you a red VIP badge right beside your username.

What happens after?

DIY - Leather Lunch Tote

Have you met Matt Pierce yet? No? Then you probably missed a lot of cool things he shares and sells online. He is the owner of Wood&Faulk. It comes from Woodrow and Faulkner – two streets that he lived on during his later time in Kansas. He is currently living in Portland, and has a tiny 103-year-old house with a little shop in the back, and should have lots of projects to share.

Lately he shared a unique DIY Project - Leather Lunch Tote.
Whether you need a lunch tote or not, here’s a project that you can modify to make something neat for your own totable needs.

Add Shop-Marks to Your Facebook Timeline

If you are a Playwho member, you can now share all of your shop-marks, playgrounds or likes on your Facebook Timeline. Simply, go to your profile Settings and click "Link to Facebook" button.

Now, you are ready to pick any option you want to share on your Facebook Timeline. By default all sharing options will be OFF.

You have 3 different options to publish or not:

+ When I add a new product.
+ When I like a product.
+ When I add a product onto a playground.

You don't need to share everything you do on Playwho.com.
If you change your mind, you can always disable this option by going to your settings page and turning the option OFF.

If you activate it, Playwho shop-marks will automatically be added to your Facebook Timeline.

Don’t worry, we’ll perfectly group your shop-marks, playgrounds and likes. They will look awesome!

Adding Products + Image Quality Tips

On Playwho, we love to see products that are visually stunning, creative, and inspirational. Similarly, good-quality photos appeal to viewers more than small, blurry, unclear images. So while you are adding a new product to Playwho.com, we recommend that you think carefully about creating the best user experience you can.

Let's start with the basics!

You have two ways to add products to Playwho.com
The fastest way of adding product is Add to PLAYWHO - Bookmarklet
The safest way of adding product is Manual Upload.

3 simple rules for Image Quality:

1- Always try to upload a product image in the highest available quality.
2- Always pick the cleanest image that doesn't have any written text on it.
3- Low quality or reduced-size versions of images (Thumbnails) are not good enough.

In all cases, we check the technical quality of your images to ensure they meet our criteria. If anything goes wrong, we sadly delete them and if necessary we contact you.

Tip #1

Playwho bookmarklet is really simple and fast way to catch products from other websites. However sometimes it fails to work. Why? Because If the website of the product is Flash based or has a special script that protects images, the bookmarklet will not work. If you are having difficulties, we recommend you to go with manual upload option.. It's the safest and most traditional way! You just have to download the product image to your computer first, then you can manually upload it to Playwho.

Tip #2

Some online stores have great products but they might have one directory for thumbnails and another for full-size product images. So when you are landed on the product page, you might see the reduced-size versions of images. Once you click on the image, it pops up, and gets bigger. If so, before using the bookmarklet, first try to click on the product image and let it zoom, after click on Add to PLAYWHO bookmarklet to grab the image. It will give you the highest quality possible. Otherwise you would just get the small version of that image which does not work for Playwho.

How to Follow Others on Playwho

Following lets you see the shop-marks and playgrounds that you care about the most.

There are two ways to follow on Playwho:

Follow a Member: When you visit someone’s Playwho profile, you’ll see a button that says “FOLLOW”.
Once you push it, you’ll be following all the shop-marks that person has added.

Follow a Playground: Sometimes, you just want to follow a specific playground.
For instance, you found one playground very interesting, but you are not feeling sure to follow everything else about that member. In this case, you can just follow that specific playground.

As the Playwho community grows, try following playgrounds and people that really speak to your interests!
